Which camera is better for me the Canon 7D or the Nikon D7000 or Canon D60?

Looking to start a career in photography, I don't have a lot of money to invest all at once, I understand the lenses make the most difference: and the bulk of money would be invested there

Most important features I am looking for: image quality, color quality, fast enough not to miss something...or possible to do sporting events, at this point I don't believe I would be printing poster sized pictures, however, don't want them to look bad if asked...

This is a real struggle for me..any help would be some much appreciated!
