I am a beginner in photography, I don’t have much of an interest to spend too much time on photography but I need to buy a camera on a need basis, but at the same time, don’t want to compromise on the quality of the pictures. I am looking for a camera with excellent picture and video quality. I am actually looking at Nikon P500 or P510 but don’t have much idea on similar cameras in other brands, it would be great If anyone can suggest me few more models on the same lines. But, at the same time, I would like to know if it’s good to go for DSLR cameras as I can invest up to 40,000 INR and is a one time investment for me on cameras.
