I am a beginner and I have absolutely no idea about what feature is better I am considering 4 cams

either I am gonna buy Canon EOS1000D or Nikon D3000

and if i decide to raise my budget a little more higher I'll take Canon EOS 1100D or Nikon D3100.

So what do you think is better in all above four options?
