just love photography and high res pics

i am just a begginer in dslr cameras range and am confused which one to buy, i am just seeing the 2 better mpixel in canon than the nikon so thats why i am confused. i want better image quality, high resolution photos and with more true and detailed colors in it. i want more colors in my picture, like reality in it and i want to look the shots real. now plz tell me which one to buy. thanks from taimur ayub.

and plz also tell me that does the 2megapixels make any difference or not

    over a year ago Philip-Davis recommends the Nikon D5100

    The Nikon has better image quality and is an overall better camera.  The extra megapixels don't matter unless you're going to print something huge.  But when making large prints it's even more important to have good image quality.  Go with the Nikon.
