Hi- I have used a Kodak Easy Share digital camera for many years that I've been happy with. I wanted to upgrade to something with geotagging for travel and something that was hopefully a little smaller than what I have. I also want to use it as my everyday camera and video recorder so I want the images to be high quality and easy to use on my Mac. I originally selected the Sony dsc-hx100v however, i am having second thoughts about it being so large. It's a tad larger than what I've been using the past several years. I can live with it if I will get significantly better image quality and I like the fact that it has a view finder. I am starting to wonder if the DSC HX9v would serve my needs as well in a more convenient size. Also, if I go with something as large as the DSC HX100v, perhaps I should be looking at investing in an entry level DSLR although I don't think I'll find the geotagging in a reasonable price range and that was one of my main reasons for upgrading at this time. Any advice would be very appreciated!!
Which camera do you recommend for Dana-Monaghan?
