If you are a "beginner at taking fotos and want to take the perfect pictures" I would recommend to invest money into learning, not into tools. As someone else said, the perfect pictures are up to you not the camera.
If you are a beginner you could get the cheapest used dSLR (or even any P&S) and be fine. When you learn enough you will know yourself what is the next tool (camera) you need. If a brand new dSLR is what you really want go for the most entry level (Nikon D3200 or Canon EOS 1100D,). I would recommend considering other than dSLR types of cameras too (mirrorless or P&S).
If you have made your mind to by a dSLR the really important thing to decide is the brand as each brand offers different possibilities on building up your system. Personally I like Nikon, though my specific needs I have selected Pentax.
Out of the 2 you have selected I would pick the 600D, 5D is overkill and it's much bigger size will be an inconvenience for your stated goals.
