Low ambient light portraiture.

"Amateur Photographer" of 40 years - several honors in camera clubs, but not professional. Looking to change out by D300s for either the D7000 or Sony SLT A65 or, possibly, A77.  So, primary interest: extremely clean ("noiseless"), monochrome and color, portraiture using natural low lighting.
