Regular usage, Non pro

I am a decent photographer, having worked with DSLR's before. I am looking for a compact camera, on a low budget (around $200). Basically the best compact camera I can get for that price, there seem to be a few different models and I can't choose! I will be using this for non professional work, but I would love decent quality photos. Also a camera which is good for taking photos in light/dark situations.
