I tend to take a lot of outdoor landscape shots.

I want the ability to shot landscape shots and zoom in on mountains and such. 

Which camera do you recommend for Gloria-Isaac-Hills?

    Hi Gloria, these are both incredible cameras, they are what we call pro digicams, they have better image quality than most point and shoots, and more advanced features, they are especially good in lower light.

    However, neither of these has a 24mm wide angle lens (they are both 28mm), and neither has much zoom.  I'd recommend you look at a wide angle travel zoom cameras, Fujilm and Panasonic are top choices here.
