Underwater reliability/quality. I have an above-water cam for other px

I'm a relatively advanced  camera user. I have read iffy reviews online of almost all the popular cameras out there that are underwater rated. This is for scuba and snorkeling and I can't be messing around. I have another PandS for dry land shots. These are both pretty new and highly rated. Image Stabilization is better with Canon but many other features better with olympus. thoughts?
