Sony A65 has biger viewfinder, and better, cus you can see better than your eye, I checked, cus i have an A65, you can shoot at 10fps at 24 MP with continuous focus between shoots !! A65 has a nice HDR  ; A65 is really impresive camera ! and you have image stabilization with all sony, minolta, sigma, tamron lenses !! canon  dont have this greate feature ! you can do amazing landscape with panorama pictures and 2mode of HDR !! :D but nikonD7000 is weather sealed.

    D7000 has better low-light performance.

EVF is slow and doesn't perform well in sunlit situations.

There is a greater variety of lenses available for the D7000.

Try them both and make up your own mind.

Sony makes a great camera, with a lot of good features. But I think the Nikon D7000 is a better camera.
