Need it to be very easy to use for older person. Video is important

This is a gift for an older person that is not electronic or even computer savvy.  They want to be able to take a lot of video and quality photos while they are on a "once in a lifetime trip".  I'm not so concerned about the price, just really need to know which one is better, or if there is a different model I should consider.
