Macro, underwater, high aperture, good battery life, clear action shot

I'm a little more than a beginner but far from an expert; I still have a lot to learn. I mostly shoot macro and action, however, I'm looking to expand my eye to underwater photography. I need a camera that will deliver crisp, clear action shots, clean detailed macro shots, and beautiful photos in low light.

Which camera do you recommend for Dezzi-Dez-Dez?

Nikon AW100 - $209
15.9 MP|5x f/3.9|1/2.5" CMOS|3" LCD
Olympus TG-1 iHS - $297
11.8 MP|4x f/2.0|1/2" CMOS|3" OLED

The TG-1 is an excellent camera for snorkeling, shallow diving, hiking, etc.  I just tested this camera on my trip to Hawaii and we were thrilled.   From macro, to swimming in waterfall pools, hiking, to the beach, our photos came out clear.  The fast, bright lens is awesome!
