I want to focus fast and need better images for printing.

I have used Nikon D5000 and D90. Now I have to go pro. I prefer to use Aperture priority mode. And also, I am a press photographer now and going to focus on Nature and Wildlife photography.

Which camera do you recommend for Dawn-Antony?

Canon 7D - $1,249
17.9 MP|APS-C CMOS|3" LCD
Nikon D7000 - $897
16.1 MP|APS-C CMOS|3" LCD

Fast focusing is a function of the lens (at least, with the Canon line.  I'm guessing that's true of Nikkor lenses too).  Buy a professional lens and you'll get fast focus.

You are already familiar with Nikon so I'd recommend you stick with that (especially if you already have some lenses).  But if you are going pro then consider getting a full-frame body (such as Nikon D700), which will suit you much better.
