Which is better..?

I am not a professional photographer.., I need a digital camera which has good battery life, zoom, clarity of pictures that we capture and less price.., I am not getting whether I should go for fujifilm or nikon.., I heard that fujifilm is not a trusted brand.., so could you please suggest me..?
