Taking Great Videos, Good Pic Quality Indoors and "growing" with

I wanted to  buy the Canon 600D because of its superior video capabilities. Then I found out that this DSLR has the same capabilites in terms of video capture AND better image quality. The one thing that scares me off is the high Pixel count and the Quality loss at higher ISO. I dont care about the flip out screen so... But now I see the 60D and I'm wondering how drastic the difference is. I would be able to buy more lenses with the D3200 so I'm torn

Any advice?

I understand some of the concepts of photography.
