to take family pictures.and to create good quality videos

hello admin.i love to travel a lot.i used to use my nokia's 5mp camera for that.but now i am seriously thinking of buying a very good point and shoot.as u can see i am still a beginner.initially i really liked fuji s3300.because of the zoom.but as i searched more of products i started liking sony wx50.my budget is upto USD200 .plz suggest me the best camera at this price range.really looking forward for your expert opinion.thanking you.
