People ,low light micro ,nature artistic photos

i have a budget to buy a 7D and D7000 both will be second handed cameras il get 50mm and 70-300 and a kit lense along 

which should i get 

im new to slr but im a good photographer and i learn pretty fast

handling electronics is pretty easy 

i need a cam for the next 2-3 years 

i want a good  depth of color and excellent close up pictures for my artistic field

i dont need in camera guides  or picture editing software in it because i want to capture real pictures or else i would have bought the D3200

i have absolutely no interests in video features and if i did take a video it doesn't matter if its good or bad

i travel a lot and im very very clumsy im in need of a good pro camera that can survive XD so pleaseeee help
