I'm a beginner, I like people, action, animals, nature and almost all you can name. I do not know which camera to choose as I'm new in this and I hope that you can spare me some advice so that I can proceed this hobby as it is building up my interest.

Which camera do you recommend for Jembalang-Paya?

Canon 5D Mark II - $2,479
21 MP|Full frame CMOS|3" LCD
Nikon D7000 - $897
16.1 MP|APS-C CMOS|3" LCD

They are not really comparable with them having different sized sensors.

I do, however feel that you get much more for your money with a d7000. Its half the price of a 5d mk2 and trumps it in a few areas.

I've had my d7000 for nearly a year and have taken some of the best images I have ever done.
