I would like the best option for diving and for a trek in Kenya...

I want a very dependable camera, with the cheapest extra battery and memory cards... I am going on a Kenya and Tanzania trek and I want to make sure I won't run out of batteries (I'll need great filming and panorama). I'm also a regular diver, and macros are really fun to make..  I would like to be able to get the best camera for various rough & demanding environments... Thanks!!!
