Which camera shoots better macro?

I am not new to photography but am by no means a pro. I make wood pens and sell them on ebay. I need a camera that will take GREAT closeups. I cannot afford a DSLR and have narrowed by search to these two cameras. I need the one that shoots the best macro shots. If there are others out there I should look at, I am open for suggestions.
