Both comes with the "screw-in" flash. Both pain in the bottom to be honest. With the amazing power of the NEX, you'd be forgiven for forgetting that you had your flash screwed in but never used it. That's what happens with my NEX5, and I'm sure NEX 5N will definitely offer better performance.
