I'm a beginner and I want to take photos of some friends, meetings, hangouts, etc ... I want to take portraits with a blur background (BOKEH). I don't know which would be better for this. Please, HELP !

Which camera do you recommend for Yehia-Abo-El-Nga?

To get great bokeh definitely get a DSLR and a wide aperture prime lense!  Check out lenshero.com, you can find wide aperture prime lenses for the Canon 1100D like the  Canon 50mm f/1.8, its a ton of fun.

With a 50mm f/1.8 lens, you can take great portraits, get natural light shots without flash, and blur the background really easily.
