Need a camera to carry in my purse looking at the Nikon P510 vs. S9300

I have a D90 with lots of lenses, this camera will be the one that I have with me everyday. Would like a little video, I shoot a lot of candids so the ability to "catch" the moment is important. 3d is totally unimportant. 

Which camera do you recommend for Swan?

    if these are the two options you have considered - s9300 has to be the choice

    also consider the on the compact cameras of Sony as they yield good results with many manual features  - some even boost a wider aperture

    sont consider cameras like p510 as they as as bulky and big as ur d90 and wont serve better than carrying the dslr

      Thanks, I have looked at the Sony Alpha 5n but it seems a bit pricey.
