First some critical questions. What is your budget? Do you want a point-and-shoot camera (with a fixed lens) or a DSLR (with interchangeable lenses)? Does the camera size and portability matter? What about video capabilities and other features?
Out of these three, NEX-F3 is the best choice (overall image quality and low-light performance). I would also consider Sony RX100 (which I have recommended for almost all beginners). It is a all-in-one premium compact camera, best on its class.
