web podcasts & videos, music videos, photos in low light, & waterproof

shooting live concerts/performances and usually doing audio separately for optimum quality at low cost. we webcast/live stream our shows and will be shooting music videos soon. 

what do you recommend all together? 

and i am willing to buy both camera if necessary, just need to know how to use them at their best.
