From the various reviews, it would appear that the advantage that the K-30 had over the original K-5 in autofocus performance has largely been closed with the II/IIs. While one can split hairs on speed and accuracy in good light, the new K-5 II has better low-light autofocus than the K-30 system. This is all within the Phase Detect (PDAF) or "through the viewfinder" focus. If you use Live View Contrast Detect (CDAF) a lot, the K-30 has a much improved Live View mode.
