Rated 100% by by sd3232 (Oct, 2011)this laptop is very fast and the screen is just beautiful with 17.3 in diagonal, not very portable due to big size, but this is nothing compared to all the hardware you get with this machine, i was surprised by powerful speakers this computer has, everything i was looking for is packed into this computer.

Qosmio X775 by George-R.-Barlow--rbarlow (Apr, 2013)Screen size, processor and RAM upgrade are really good; but not worth double the price of lesser models.
Qosmio X775 by GLEEBALLS (Feb, 2012)This laptop is extremely solid and I feel IMHO this is one of the best screen sizes.
screen resolution
Qosmio X775 by Midwestern-Mommy (Dec, 2011)It says it has an HD+ display but the resolution is not 1080!
Qosmio X775 by Robert-L.-Magni--Bawb3 (Aug, 2011)It only looks perfect if you view from a distance and head on - which is fine for watching movies but not much else.1600x900 res is OKAY, but it really should have been a 1080p screen to go along with the other specs of this laptop.

Qosmio X775 by Robert-L.-Magni--Bawb3 (Aug, 2011)This thing is a powerhouse, a GTX560 card with an i7 CPU cannot be beat.
Qosmio X775 by Il (Dec, 2011)the i5 Intel processor, and the 1600*900 resolution are the downsides but, remember you are only paying 998 for this great laptop.
processor
Qosmio X775 by Edward-E.-Stilwell-Jr.--Jay-Stilwell (Feb, 2013)I thought upgrading from a dual core AMD processor and more memory would have me flying .......... NOT!! I have 5 computers her in my home all much older than this one and not one of them ever drops connections.

Toshiba Qosmio X775 17.3", 2.3 GHz, 6 GB, 640 GB HDD | Rated 100% by by Shadud (Aug, 2011)The screen is crystal clear, bright, however it has to be viewed from a proper viewing angle otherwise you get that photo-negative effect where black becomes white, so on and so forth.

Toshiba Qosmio X775 17.3", 2.3 GHz, 6 GB, 640 GB HDD | Rated 100% by by joe--Joe (Mar, 2013)Harman/Kardon speakers 5.1 not only deliver great quality sound as you can use them with your mp3 player or smartphone, with the 3.5 wire plugged Mic in EVEN WHEN LAPTOP IS OFF!!! Of course if you do have spare speakers they will probably be a better alternative, but still produces a nice little party.
