Qosmio X775 3D by prussianetteIn fact, my 4 year old nephew thought he could-unfortunately, he had just returned from a Halloween party and was wearing some long plastic vampire finger nails, and my screen now has a small dent in it (wasn't quick enough to catch him).
screen resolution
Qosmio X775 3D by Ryan (Dec, 2011)The screen size remained the same but the Toshiba pulls off a win here as its a bit nicer quality the true 1080p resolution capabilities prob.
Qosmio X775 3D by Todd-A.-Dempster--Necromicon (Jul, 2012)There's simply nothing it can't handle with lightening speed and my iPad's retina display isn't even this crystal clear.

IN 3D!! iTunes menus, certain websites, online gaming, games from disc . . . . IN 3D!! And with the convenient on/off 3D button above the keyboard, I can easily turn the 3D off if I want to play or watch something in it's normal format.

Battery
Toshiba Qosmio X775 3D 17.3", 3.1 GHz, 8 GB, 1,250 GB HDD | Rated 40% by by Myung-Lee--omnivious (Oct, 2011)I thought maybe it might be because the battery needs to be reset so I let it sit there for a while and I took the battery out and then put it back and allowed it to chill for a while and after checking to see if it would boot I plugged it in again and allowed it to charge with it off, still same results.

Toshiba Qosmio X775 3D 17.3", 3.1 GHz, 8 GB, 1,250 GB HDD | Rated 40% by by Myung-Lee--omnivious (Oct, 2011)The problem started when I took it off the charge after seeing that it was fully charged, I noticed that the juice was draining within minutes and in under ten minutes, it was shutting down on it's own because the battery was dead, I plugged it back in and it was fine, but it was charged within 5 minutes so I took it off the charge again and so it dies again immediately.

Idealy would buying the more expensive TOSHIBA (X775 3D) just the better bet even though I do not want the 3D features since I have a blue-ray disc player at home? I was thinking that the more...
