Rated 100% by by Nate-Adams--Avalon (Oct, 2011)An i7 2.0ghz processor, 500GB 7200RPM HDD (one of the main reasons since its so much faster than 5400rpm drives standard on most laptops), 4gb ram (I simultaneously ordered 8gb of corsair ram with the computer for under $50 and its stupid easy to install, so now i have 12gb), dedicated Nvidia GPU (Much better than AMD Radeon) and a killer 720p screen.

N53 Series N53SV by Ashley (Mar, 2012)The back of the screen is a very nice looking smooth metallic brushed aluminum.-Haven't tested the built-in speakers too much but there is a rather large one running along the width of the keyboard under the screen, and it gets pretty loud.
G74 Series G74SX by So-Ham--So-Ham (Jan, 2012)Screen size is 17.3", but the overall size is larger.

N53 Series N53SV by F.-J.-Diaz (Jul, 2011)Display - It's definitely worth getting the N53SV-XV1 over the XE1 as the only difference I believe is getting a 1080p display for only $50 more.
G74 Series G74SX by Nythauk (Sep, 2011)Movies play with the fluid flow of a cinema and I connected the laptop to my projector and enjoyed "Armageddon" in 1080p, a most enjoyable and fun experience.

G74 Series G74SX by John-Malachowski--Imafoolru12 (Apr, 2012)There are so many positive aspects to this computer and its design, from the cooling system (quite possibly one of the best designs I have ever seen for a laptop) to the rich hardware (16 GB RAM and a solid state drive plus the i7 (which does boost to 3.0 GHz)) all cooperate fantastically together.
