While no match for the ThinkPad range, its keyboard is pleasant enough to type on and its touchpad is lovely, while that 1,600 x 900 IPS screen supports 10-finger touch.

While the screen may appear small at 15.6-Inch, the color and resolution is beautiful and eye-pleasing, as well.

But still, It's neither the best nor the worst display I've seen on a device in this class, this size, or this price.

_the 1080p display sometimes make the worlds really small, but i proffer it this way, but if you don't like this just set the resolution to 900p.

Our $1,099 review unit of the IdeaPad Yoga features a 1.7-GHz Intel Core i5-3317U CPU, 8GB of RAM, a 128GB SSD and an Intel HD Graphics 4000 GPU.
IdeaPad Yoga by LaptopMag (Nov, 2012)
Also, the notebook comes with a 'driver DVD' also to my surprise, which I had fully expected all the drivers installed to be up-to-date, being this release is relativity new (7/2011) product mfg updates, and comes fully configured as Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 - Intel Core i7-2670QM CPU 2.20 GHz, 8GB RAM (maximum) 64-bit Operating System - Activated, upon final setup, from the properties of OS (C:) screen.

The specific processor in question is the dual core Intel Core i7-3517U, which hums along at 1.9GHz by default but can turbo clock up to 3GHz.

Oddly for a machine sporting such a nice chip by default, 4GB is the maximum amount of RAM on retail models - the Lenovo Yoga 13 doesn’t seem to be available from the company’s UK site right now, where specs tend to be configurable and the Yoga should take up to 8GB.
IdeaPad Yoga by TrustedReviews (Mar, 2013)
This laptop is fast, especially with the i7 and 8gb of ram and does what is promised.

3DMark06 CPU

Click to EnlargeOn the PCMark 7 benchmark, the Yoga notched a 4,419 score, placing it well above the 3,156 ultraportable average.
IdeaPad Yoga by LaptopMag (Nov, 2012)
The 2670QM CPU isn't the latest & greatest, but should suffice for most multimedia applications, as well as the NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M onboard graphics processor (research both at Intel and NVIDIA sites, first, so you won't be disappointed, as I expected better performance) where most wouldn't want to run the latest Call Of Duty, MW3 game at full (if you know what I mean) might fry the notebook with excessive heat!

Compared to the £850 Toshiba Satellite U920t, our Yoga offers a higher-resolution, better quality display, a far nicer keyboard and a lot more processing power, though it loses out when it comes to battery life and portability.
IdeaPad Yoga by TrustedReviews (Mar, 2013)
It starts up fast, shuts down fast, battery life is decent but not fantastic, monitor is awesome.

I also tested Wi-Fi speed using the synthetic benchmark, PC Benchmark, and saw speeds in parity with the Surface RT; however, real-world Web speed was a different matter.

The Recovery DVDs (4) are finished now, while writing this review and the desktop Intel Core i7 processor icon is no longer reporting the CPU's processor speed, and unknown why?
