by LaptopMag (Nov, 2010)Other VAIO F models even offer RAID 0 configurations of 256GB for an extra $150.
2 GHz

VAIO F Series by R.-March--CRracer_912 (May, 2012)I'd been deciding on a new laptop to replace my very very old Dell Latitude that was running a Pentium M 1.8 Ghz processor and XP Pro.
N53 Series N53SV by FZ (Dec, 2011)I'm running AVID Media Composer 5.5 on it, and it runs better and smoother than on the gigantic, quad Xeon 2.66 GHz Cr-Apple tower they have me on at work, and that thing even has dedicated video hardware and isn't that old!

VAIO F Series by LaptopMag (Jan, 2010)The quad-core Core i7 platform really shines when it comes to heavy duty multimedia tasks.
N53 Series N53SV by Gatherix (Jun, 2011)Something to keep in mind is that among certain programs (games especially), quad-core processors aren't quite standardized.

VAIO F Series by Yoshiko-Akashi (Feb, 2012)But everything has been fast and smooth so far and I don't feel I need to add another 4GB RAM anytime soon.
N53 Series N53SV by J.-Eve--Real-Reader (Apr, 2011)I added an additional 4GB RAM to my machine and only have 8GB of RAM now :-) This computer has a full key board with a number pad.
