best laptops

I considered swapping it out for an SSD, but at this point the extra space is more valuable than the speed.

When we watched Iron Man on Blu-ray, details such as the flames in explosions looked crisp.

It will upconvert DVDs only and not blurays or so far as I can tell.

I was looking for the sweet spot of High Definition, gaming speed, large media storage and Blu-Ray playback.

And with 16GB of RAM, you can more than play any game you want... I got it for work though, so I've been using it with autocad which has been amazing!

The laptop uses a 1366x768 pixel panel of the TN (twisted nematic) type.

The 2 things I changed on this laptop were upgraded the RAM to 8gb dual channel Corsair (NOT a necessary upgrade, but I did notice a slight improvement) and I also swapped the 640gb 5400RPM HDD for a 128gb SSD HDD which made a HUGE difference in speed, then I got a 2.5" HDD external case and put the 640gb drive in it for a storage drive.

The Laptop bag is smaller for extra storage but plenty big for the laptop and its stuff.
