If the type of phone I want to get has multiple colours, I'm much happier to pick a colour that 'suits' me than only having one choice!
What is your answer?

Not really...this is because you'll end up not wanting to buy a case since you want to show off your phone, leaving it more vulnerable. Take my DROID R2D2 for example. It has such a unique design that I didn't buy a case. Now it's all scratched up! Lucky for me though, I have 2 and kept the other one packaged up.
You want to go show your colors? Buy a case. :D

Sure, I fond of fashion dual sim android in multiple colors
-
Yes, because my phone has to have a bright color and it has to glow in the dark.

The colour isn't too important to me if there are skins available. Having said that, my wife and I both got black iPhones because we absolutely didn't want white. (we're not fully drinking the Apple kool-aid yet)

Not if there's only 1 option. I definitely wouldn't choose one phone make/model over another based on colors. For most people that understand differences in phone specs, OS's and carriers I'd imagine their answer would be the same as mine.

Depends, really. I've heard that with the white iPhone 4 in particular, the white balance of the camera is slightly different than the black. Never heard of this with any other phone, but I think it matters.

No,I want performance in a compact smartphone, Where are those? All the compacts are low-mid level crap. Most people are smart enough to put their phone in an Otterbox of their color choice.
-
well it doesn't really matter as most people tend to buy cases for their phones which covers the physical appearance of the phone so colour isn't a massive factor.
-
Sure sometimes is as important as the model i'm buying

look just choose the color of your next phone before you go to the store ,check the available colors ,see what suits you the best and DON'T worry about it cause after that you can buy an external cover with the color you want. That's an inexpensive way to have the color you want if you change your mind later
