Is the htc one v worth buying?

After reading the conclusions of htc one v, i am thinking to buy it. but i have heard of some problems like yellow spots on the screen, incoming call volume is low, some bluetooth problem. Is it a good phone to buy? Are there any other phones that i can buy in the same price range? i want android and a large screen with good video clarity. my budget is Rupees 17500. any other suggestions?
