Which phone would be good for general use?

Is the Nokia Lumia 610 a better phone in general than the Samsung Galaxy Y? I do general phone things like games, music and surfing the internet. I am primarily trying to decide between a Windows phone and Android, which one would be better for me?

I would suggest this if you want games as its xbox capable and in my opinion the windows music player is way more advanced

i guess 610 clearly takes the cake with its extra 6 inches ,wifi,hsdpa,NFC,5 mp cam compared to 3.2 of duos ,better display resolution and top of all for general use the battery life of 610 is way better than that of y duos.

Both phones are good. However, I think the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos would fit your needs better. The Google Play Store, which provides applications and games to the Android platform has more applications and games available. The Samsung Galaxy Y Duos also has microSD slot which would allow you more space to install games and applications.

It depends if you want to run Windows or Android. Both phones are good, the biggest difference is the OS. Personally I would stick with Android.
