My wife just got a Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE and likes it a lot.  I've played with it - it has a great display and the slide action is very smooth which gives one hope for a long product life.

It has a dual core processor and you can add up to 32gb of memory to the 8 it comes with.  it comes with Ice Cream Sandwich and runs it smoothly, and the experience is seductive.

This is her third smart phone.  We both got Palm Pre when they were first released.  We really, really liked them.  WebOS is still more advanced than Blackberry or Android in many ways - multi-tasking is SO much more sophisticated on WebOS!  However,  Sprint couldn't replace her Pre when it finally died.  They gave her a Blackberry under her maintenance contract and she hated it.

Now she has the Photon, and likes it a lot more than the Blackberry, though not as much as the Pre, at least so far.

I think that the Motorola DROID Pro would be better for you even though it's not on the list. It's a business-oriented smartphone with a full QWERTY keyboard, touchscreen, a 5MP camera, and a speedy processor. Perfect for your needs.

It even has "Business Ready Security". This means that the phone "has data encryption and—if your phone is ever lost or stolen—you can remotely wipe both the device and the SD card. Your information will never get into the wrong hands."

If your phone works right now, it might be worth waiting till next year (it is only a few months away) for RIM to introduce their next gen phones. BB10 could be hit or miss, but right now there are not many phones that come close to a Blackberry when it comes to a keyboard.

I like the speed of the Samsung Galaxy S Relay and the slide out keyboard. Its got a dual core which is great for speed and I also like that it runs Ice Cream Sandwich. The side slide out keyboard gives you more space to use the keyboard.
