Is there a mobile phone that is not so big with good battery, very good GPS and quick  internet?

Which phone do you recommend for Krasimir-Nikolov?

HTC X - $375
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean |4G|4.7"|Quad core 1.5 GHz
Samsung Galaxy S III
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean |4.8"|Dual core 1.5 GHz

The s3 does have a quad core and 2 gb of memory. it is in every way, except the camera, superior to the htc one x.

This review confuses me. Samsung is market leader and wouldn't release a new phone with a dual core processor. It holds they're own exynos 4 processor with mali 400 28nm gpu.

Actually you are wrong about that. And you may be surprised, but Samsung did release several Samsung S III versions. The international version is Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III (SGS3 I9300), It has quadcore with 1 GB RAM. There is also the LTE version of it SGS3 I9305 which is also has quad core, but with 2 GB RAM. The American version(s) called SGS3 T999 (for T-Mobile), The SGS3 I747 (for AT&T), SGS3 I535 (for Verizon) and SGS3 L710 (for Sprint) All has DUAL CORE 1.5 GHz with 2 GB RAM. Their information isn't wrong, but only American.

I'll say just one thing, great battery lifetime considering the processing power

Both phones are pretty close in terms of specs. I think your decision is going to come down to what UI you like better. Both HTC and Samsung overlay proprietary skin over top the stock Android software that give a slightly different Android experience. Check out how the two phones compare to each other.

The HTC one x plus is a step up from the HTC one x because the processed is so much faster and a bigger battery

The international unlocked S3 does have a quad core. The version sold in the US markets only has dual core.
