Xperia is good on camera and specs but not good on performance (i used xperia mini running ICS and few other xperia) especially for multitasking.

I have the Xperia U and got talked out the Nokia 710 which i originally wanted, worst decision ever made. Get the 710, better internet, no lag, and still a lot of apps

windows phone is by far the fastest operating system to date and in terms of pure speed it will beat even the iphone. However, its still in its early days so there are not so many apps as there are for android but i am sure this will change. The screen is also larger on the nokia so it will be better for web browsing and watching videos. The nokia would be better for multitasking. If you like customizing your phone completely then android is your only option, but if you dont mind the simple tiles of windows then i would definitely go for the nokia.
