The Xperia S has a great Camera. The photos will look awesome on the phone thanks to the great display and the mobile bravia engine. On a Computer they look good, too, but the jpg compression rate is a bit too high, so the image doesn't really look like 12mp images. Compared to other smartphones the quality is still one of the best.

xperia s has a 12.1 mega pix with better screen resolution and more pixel density while the motorola razr has 8 mega pix with low screen resolution and less pixel density
