faster processor , better gpu ,more ram, xcellent screen crispness n feels awesome in hand ..... alot better than htc desire x .. no doubt performance will gradually improve in ICS .....

8 mp camera, better screen resolution, upgrade to Android 4.0.4 is available, 1 GB RAM, 1080p video recording, better GPU, more internal storage, it has a Secondary camera.
only problem in the xperia P is the battery of 1350mAh, nothing else in my point of view.
