I think you should wait for Blackberry 10 since it seems to be more business-oriented than the iPhone 5. However, keep in mind that if you decide to get Blackberry 10, a lot of apps that you would look for will be missing. If you just want basic editing,definitely go with the iPhone 5.

BB10 is faster, more powerful than the iPhone 5. While Salar's comment is right in the iPhone 5 being fast, they are incorrect in saying it's better than BB10 devices. BB10 also has built-in document editing (you can open excel, word and powerpoint documents). Everything you need. :)
