Stereo crosstalk started off as great, but dropped to average with a pair of headphones, which is also what we would say for the overall performance of the Lumia 610 here.

4.3"
While there’s a general trend in the smartphone industry to push way above the 4-inch screen size, Nokia’s 3.7-inch choice here makes sense for a variety of reasons.
Lumia 610 by The Verge (Jun, 2012)
The 3.7" diagonal translates into a pixel density of 252ppi, which is OK, considering WVGA is stretched quite thin on bigger screens.

screen resolution

Nokia Lumia 610

Resolved detail just isn't up to 5MP standards, colors look washed out and the camera obviously struggles in low-lit scenes.
Lumia 610 by GSM Arena (Jun, 2012)
The bitrate is a low 1600 Kbps, meaning that the videos taken with the Nokia 610 can't really preserve much detail.

The 1GHz CPU and 512MB RAM threshold has been lowered and the Lumia 610 does reasonably well with an 800MHz processor and 256MB of RAM.

I was genuinely surprised to see that Windows Phone continued to launch apps and switch between the various hubs just as fast as other devices equipped with double the RAM and processor speed.

Microsoft allows device manufacturers to extend its camera software with addons, and it’s one of the hardware aspects that others are using to differentiate (like the Titan II’s 16-megapixel shooter).

Results from the VGA resolution were reasonable and the camera handles autofocus well alongside varying light conditions.

The back features a fine 5 MP camera, and there's a more powerful processor inside making the whole UI feel much smoother.

Effects and resolution options are very limited, but we wouldn't expect real-time distortion effects from such a lowly processor.

AMOLED is clearly out of the Lumia 610's league and even a Nokia ClearBlack display (Lumia 710) would've been way over budget.

Microsoft has clearly re-engineered Windows Phone well enough to cope with these low specifications, but at a cost in some areas.

In non-Lumia news, the manufacturer also announced that the beta version for Skype on Windows Phone will now be available in the Windows Phone store.

It has a 5-megapixel sensor, autofocus and flash - the latter two making it much more flexible than some.

Buy this in your choice knowing that bluethoot not work, the camera does not work, with few applications and games for Windows Marketplace a phone with 256MB of memory and storage 4.01 GB of 6.21 GB Place the cell, Windows Phone 7.5 as Windows and Nokia say update to 7.8 since January we are waiting to happen, because that date had changed then and until today no date available.

If you want to transfer photos, videos, notes and contacts to a PC you need to install Zune, not directly as do the other phones.
Rated 40% by by Ramon-David-Morales--David-Morales
The phone itself is very good as a phone, but the comparison with another Nokia (not Windows Phone) this is the truth: Bluethoot not transfer the contacts, pictures, images or anything else, just for connectivity with some handsfree devices easy disconnects and fails much.

Type

In this sense at least, Windows Phone mobiles are quite iPhone-like.
Nokia Lumia 610 | Rated 70% by by TrustedReviews (Sep, 2012)
So far we’ve only seen examples of this with exclusive applications, and a branded Windows Phone Marketplace, but the firm has promised more.
Nokia Lumia 610 | Rated 61% by by The Verge (Jun, 2012)
A budget handset for those new to smartphones While some may question the need for a super low end Windows Phone, Nokia and Microsoft clearly want to target markets that demand smartphone functionality at featurephone price points.
Nokia Lumia 610 | Rated 61% by by The Verge (Jun, 2012)

Operating system

There are far fewer Windows Phone apps than Android or iOS ones, but the OS integrated social networks with the best of them from the off.

It’s surprising that Nokia hasn’t, at least, invested on the software additions with its Lumia range.

The droid rivals have the luxury too of choosing from a number of chipsets, some of which are powerful enough to handle the more demanding OS.

Apps

If you want a phone to act as your main music player too, there's a good chance this won't be enough.
Nokia Lumia 610 | Rated 70% by by TrustedReviews (Sep, 2012)
Due to the lower amount of RAM, the Nokia Lumia 610 has less than that to choose from - 95% of apps should be OK according to Microsoft.

Apps are alphabetically sorted there and you have a virtual Search button to easily locate apps if you have many of those installed.
Nokia Lumia 610 | by GSM Arena (Jun, 2012)

Camera

Contrast isn't as strong as the other Lumias, with a tiny grey-ish hue to the blacks, but image quality is good.
Nokia Lumia 610 | Rated 70% by by TrustedReviews (Sep, 2012)
It has the immediacy of the iPhone camera, which is enough to make us want to use it, even if most of the shots it produces are fairly ropey.
Nokia Lumia 610 | Rated 70% by by TrustedReviews (Sep, 2012)
The Nokia Lumia 610 has a 5MP camera (photos have a maximum resolution of 2592x1944) coupled with a single LED flash.
Nokia Lumia 610 | by GSM Arena (Jun, 2012)

Screen

A screen of this size and resolution is also hard to come by in the sub-€200 bracket and it's another point in the Lumia 610's favor.
Nokia Lumia 610 | by GSM Arena (Jun, 2012)
Its high falutin' Lumia siblings use Clear Black displays (AMOLED, essentially) where this phone has a standard TFT LCD.
Nokia Lumia 610 | Rated 70% by by TrustedReviews (Sep, 2012)
Contrast could've been better though and the Metro UI that we quite like doesn't look its best.

I would think it's a good choice since: 1. It has the same processing power as the Galaxy Ace. 2. It has a smooth UI compared to the laggy-ness of android 2.3 "Gingerbread". 3. It handles...
