The back cover is made of finely textured plastic (very similar to that of the Galaxy S II), which is nice to the touch and great at hiding fingerprints.

I am not much of a gamer but Riptide GP is pretty cool on the big screen.

I love especially for its big screen that is why i bought it in the first place.

I was so excited to receive my note, and I am simply amazed by the screen resolution and speed!! The build quality is excellent, the device is light (and thin if that's your thing), and a fully charged battery lasts from morning 'til night!
Galaxy Note by Juwan-I.-Hayward (Nov, 2011)
I honestly cannot see and difference in resolution on this compared to the iphone's retina display although 'technically' the retina display has a higher resolution.

The speed is good due for dual core (1.4GHz dual core) processor and I don't feel it slow.

The 8 megapixel camera, takes great pictures and when you're taking them, and your viewing through the 5 inch screen, is a huge photo taking experience, incredible.

I suspect that I'm way below average on talk time but I'm also in extremely poor signal areas (both at home and at work).

the draw down to this is the battery only gives about two hours of talk time.

pros: excellent product, nice design, fast processor, easy to usecons: battery seemed to be not durable, the screen should be smaller.

Screen

What will interest those of an artistic pursuasion, though, is the quality of the display.
Samsung Galaxy Note 16 GB | by TrustedReviews (Apr, 2012)
Contrast on this tabletphone’s display is simply incredible, with deep and menacing blacks juxtaposed against strong, vibrant colors.
Samsung Galaxy Note 16 GB | Rated 79% by by The Verge (Feb, 2012)
We can only dream of what the Note 10.1 could've been like with a tablet-sized Super AMOLED screen, but the PLS LCD used here offers pretty good image quality too.

Apps

The stylus works throughout the interface, and aside from dedicated apps, Samsung has added a few nice OS-wide touches.

The Galaxy family voice commands are more of a direct competitor of the Siri service that Apple promoted so heavily on the iPhone 4S.

It has quite the music collection and the prices are pretty much the same as on the iTunes Store.

Battery

Opening the battery cover reveals the 2500 mAh battery, which is powerful enough to get the Galaxy Note through several days of moderate use on a single charge.
Samsung Galaxy Note 16 GB | by GSM Arena (Nov, 2011)
Battery life is brilliant, considering the screen and processor powering the G-Note it easily lasts for a 2 days if used heavily (Web browsing, emails, phone calls,Note taking, games) and goes up till 3 days if you stick to non-demanding activities such as phone calls and web browsing.
Samsung Galaxy Note 16 GB | Rated 100% by by KSBAY (Dec, 2011)
I feel like I made the best choice possible out of any phone out there and except for the battery life, which might be a setting thing, I am very satisfied with my Galaxy Note!

Between these two phones I would choose the Samsung Galaxy Note. For gaming the bigger screen of the Galaxy Note would be nice. It also has a better battery life which would also be nice as well.
