At first glance, everything is there for the Xperia P — a modern 1GHz dual-core processor, a 4-inch qHD display with some exciting new tech, and one of Sony's well-regarded Exmor R camera sensors.

It's fallen to about the same price as the Xperia P, but newer models have NFC too and you get an excellent screen and camera, plus expandable 16GB storage.

But, the resolution is a step above the 480 x 800 panels that were standard a year ago and combined with the modest 4in screen size it makes for a screen that's plenty sharp enough for a nice experience whether web browsing, reading emails, watching video or playing games.

But, after a recent update which came out in 12/03/12, my batter life has improved almost twice!!! Good processor, excellent display, excellent camera, excellent sound, very good battery life, latest android features with no lags for just $300?

I like the set at first and still but the battery problem still exist it has a very poor quality losts in 4 or 5 hours on 3g and wifi network although phone is good.
Sony Xperia P | Rated 100% by by waleedullahkhan (Apr, 2013)
Still, I'd advise carrying a battery charger since the nonremovable battery means you can't swap in a spare power cell in an emergency.

Type

Sony has fairly heavily tweaked the Android interface to both the betterment and detriment of the experience, but overall it remains easy to use.

The cellphone has a really nice android xperience, works really nice and the price is very good too, the only thing isn't good at all, the box didn't bring "Sony Smart Tags" as product decription said.

Camera

Camera takes good-quality pictures, but make sure the light is good and don't expect professional pictures - it is a phone after all, not a camera.
