by GSM Arena (Jul, 2012)With 768MB of RAM and Mali-400 GPU, the overall performance should be pretty good though.
by GSM Arena (Jan, 2013)LG Optimus L9 handles reasonably well given its screen size.
Conclusion Which is better for you?
Features Key features of the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 compared to the LG Optimus L9

Android 4.1 Jelly Bean 3.5G
Rated 70% by by TrustedReviews (Aug, 2012)PLS is Samsung's take on IPS, the screen technology used in the iPhone 4S and HTC One X. Viewing angles are excellent, with just some loss of brightness when tilted to extremes in particular directions.

Galaxy Ace 2 by TrustedReviews (Aug, 2012)Touch focusing is responsive, but the shutter button is a little small, and with a large thumb the phone will often think you're trying to focus on the edge of the screen rather than attempting to snag a snap.
Optimus L9 by GSM Arena (Jan, 2013)Its key selling point is the big screen, which is rather hard to come by in this price range.
screen resolution
Galaxy Ace 2 by GSM Arena (Apr, 2012)The photos have an excellent amount of detail, they have very little noise, the exposure and white balance are spot on and the colors look good (with the usual dose of oversaturation).
Optimus L9 by GSM Arena (Jan, 2013)The resolved detail is poor, the noise levels are very high and contrast is pretty bad.

processor
Galaxy Ace 2 by Camilo (Apr, 2013)I'm quite pleased with this cell phone because it has many improvements over version S5830 (ACE), in terms of speed (since it is dual core), ergonomics, screen and graphics, also has more storage memory for applications (rather negative aspect in the ACE version).
Optimus L9 by Andres (Apr, 2013)This phone is excellent, it has everything you need, its so fast that I wonder why you need more cores when this dual core phone can handle everything (i was chating on whatsapp listening to music donwloading from the play store and it is always snappy).
camera resolution
| 0 MP | 5 MP | 5 MP |
Galaxy Ace 2 by GSM Arena (Apr, 2012)Samsung decided to keep the camera resolution on the new Galaxy Ace at 5MP, but they enabled 720p recording and added a front-facing camera.
Optimus L9 by Brookworld--Brookworld (Apr, 2013)The Optimus L9 has a 5-megapixel camera that can record high-definition video, a front-facing camera, and a music player.
Performance Real world tests of Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 vs LG Optimus L9
cpu speed
Galaxy Ace 2 by GSM Arena (Apr, 2012)The internals held a pleasant surprise too - the dual-core processor runs at 800MHz and is well endowed with 768MB of RAM (quite a few dual-cores come with just 512MB).
Optimus L9 by GSM Arena (Jan, 2013)What we have here clearly isn't the best dual-core chipset on the market, but there's more than enough to keep Ice Cream Sandwich at cruising speed.
