The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G packs enough functionality to keep every potential Android user, who thinks that a screen over 4" in size is too big happy.

For me, it's the perfect combination of compact size (4.79 x 2.48 inches) with a big screen (4-inch diagonal), a powerful processor (dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 running at 1.5 Ghz), and Android operating system (4.0.4).
Galaxy S Blaze 4G by Basil-Nestor (Nov, 2012)
I am not much of a gamer but Riptide GP is pretty cool on the big screen.

Diagonal lines are not quite straight and have lots of jaggies and image sharpness is not the best.
Galaxy S Blaze 4G by GSM Arena (Mar, 2012)
I was so excited to receive my note, and I am simply amazed by the screen resolution and speed!! The build quality is excellent, the device is light (and thin if that's your thing), and a fully charged battery lasts from morning 'til night!

Performance Real world tests of Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G vs Samsung Galaxy Note

cpu speed

While the upsides of having a powerful CPU, packed into a compact body are more than evident, we can't help but look at the PenTile matrix sporting screen with a dash of suspicion.
Galaxy S Blaze 4G by GSM Arena (Mar, 2012)
Fast processor.5) I get 3G+ speeds for data and it is fast, fast, fast!

talk time

I believe his unused 100 monthly minute alotment will roll over for month to month, for up to 3 months, so that may give him some extra talk time if he does get chatty in a particular month and its .10/minute after that.
Galaxy S Blaze 4G by D.-Peternel--deepeepee
I suspect that I'm way below average on talk time but I'm also in extremely poor signal areas (both at home and at work).

The main bright spot to this skin is the power toggles at the top of the notification drawer for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, sound, and auto-rotate.

The Note also automatically connects to AT&T Wi-Fi networks (they're in Starbucks, and the like), a fact I quite liked — it works seamlessly, and anytime you can get decent speeds without the battery drain of LTE is a good thing.

The Galaxy Note's crowning glory is its 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED screen with its 1,280x800-pixel resolution (that's WXGA, by the way).

The Galaxy S Blaze 4G is on HSPA+, but it's cheaper, and a great phone to have until LTE is fully up and running, IMO.

pros: excellent product, nice design, fast processor, easy to usecons: battery seemed to be not durable, the screen should be smaller.

upload

We tested the Note in New York City, and while the network isn't quite as unpopulated as when we saw download speeds up to 60 Mbps on the LG Nitro HD, it still blazes: we got download speeds between 7 and 17Mbps, and upload speeds up to 5Mbps (though uploads usually hovered around 1Mbps).

download

A quad-band GSM phone (850/900/1800/1900MHz), the Blaze 4G also supports HSPA+ 42, T-Mobile's fastest-available network, which can theoretically reach download speeds of 42Mbps.

data speed

Data speed may not have been as strong as I would have liked when I tested the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G in San Francisco, but I would still recommend the Android smartphone overall.
