There's a nice, strong 2-megapixel camera on the front that's great for video chats, but the best lens yet is the 8-megapixel one on the back, which continues to take excellent shots on every Galaxy S II variation we've seen.

Under good lighting conditions, the videos have decent detail, although the combination of noise and compression take a lot of that away.

cpu speed

The screen is beautiful gorilla glass, the processor speeds and overall navigation is flawless, and ease of use and learning is very fast.

The CPU and graphics processors are very fast, judging from the smoothness of the live desktop (far better than the nexus one) and the high speed which web pages and videos are loaded and shown over wifi connections.

Games are quick and look great, while I would have appreciated, a slightly better resolution for the skyrocket, as the screen is larger everything looks deeply colorful, and words from webpages and e-books are easy on the eyes, and very enjoyable.

The only major letdown we can think of is the WVGA resolution of the Skyrocket’s screen.

Some variations of the S II like the Skyrocket i727 for AT&T or S II for T-Mobile have bigger screens (though not higher resolution).
