Otherwise the actual sound quality is very good, with the earpiece delivering clear, natural sounding voices, and the mic delivering a pleasing tone too.

The size of its screen is perfect, it is not too big so it can still be used single handed.
Xperia Sola by Luciano-Martins (Oct, 2012)
Despite his 4 inches display it is not a big cellphone, so you can handle it easily.

screen resolution

It's the kind of processed sharpness, which some might find overdone, but we did like the crisp, vibrant screen of the Xperia sola.

Under artificial lighting, the yellow tint is gone and there's plenty of detail (and slightly oversaturated colors).

The phone is right-sized, and with a dual-core processor and 512MB of RAM, it's smart enough for me.

At first glance, everything is there for the Xperia P — a modern 1GHz dual-core processor, a 4-inch qHD display with some exciting new tech, and one of Sony's well-regarded Exmor R camera sensors.

After reading wonders with this Xperia model, I can tell you is super fast compared to other teams in that range, has good internal memory, which frees you to be annoying and clearing the cache that, I like the camera is excellent resolution, the 50gb that give the download Box app.
Xperia Sola by Yris-Rodriguez--yrisrh (Nov, 2012)
I am very excited about the phone, I have been very useful, I like its light weight, which includes memory meets the expectations and I love the camera, has excellent resolution, with respect to packaging should be more secure.

Performance Real world tests of Sony Xperia Sola vs Sony Xperia P

The One V lacks the dual-core processing but has ICS right out of the box, so the perceivable performance is not too bad.

battery was not that great before, but it seems worse (I am not using the battery saver thing, since it turns off networking when sleep, and that defeats the purpose of a smartphone).

Video is played smoothly, even in HQ (well with this resolution there's no point in anything higher than 720p).

I feel solid about my decision to replace a $500 phone (unlocked from Apple) with this $250 one (also unlocked).

The speaker isn't anything crazy, but it's clear and the volume is perfect for speaker phone or listening to music in a relatively quiet setting.

format

If you don't mind dealing with a slightly smaller screen, the Xperia sola is worth a look too - it offers the same dual-core performance as the P at a lower price point and you get 8GB of built-in storage expandable via a microSD card slot.

gpu

While it was the outside of the Sony Xperia P that grabbed our attention, a dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and Mali-400 GPU should easily be able to keep it.
