Getting to 3200 ISO
How do I get 3200 ISO on my DMC ZS3? I can find 1600 easily, but not 3200, which, in the specs, it claims is possible.

High ISO settings
As I require to shoot in available light in most cases, noise at higher ISO is a primary concern. So, which will be a good buy - d600 or d700 ?
Concerts/ low light shooting
I'll be attending a concert and seeing as they won't allow a DSLR in I am looking at the mirrorless systems for comparable quality.
